My 27-inch Sony trinitron tv HUMS. It does this, even if the satellite receiver is turned off, and the screen is dark. Do you know the reason for this?

You may have a problem with the power supply in the TV, call Hagopian @ 728-2894 and ask for David or Billy, they should be able to help you with the diagnosis and cost of repair if any.
