Can petroleum residue from gasoline be filtered out of drinking water? We have a well that may have been contaminated from an old leaking gasoline tank from a defunct gas station.

Hello, yes we do remove hydrocarbons with the use of whole house carbons filters or reverse osmosis. We do a free analysis and this is something to remove as soon as possible, as you know these chemicals can have very adverse effects. Cheers Martin
