my toilets and sinks have an orange color, and also a black scum. Is that iron, and do you have any treatment for it?

Hi Barb. That is Iron, Iron bacteria or possibly sulphur bacteria. All issues are easilly treated through RainSoft products. Call the office and set up a time for a licensed technician to perform a weel analysis on your water.
