Question:

The exhaust fan on my furnace cycles on and off when the burner is not running. Is this normal? The cycle time is about 10 seconds off, 5 seconds on. When the burner is running everything seems fine.

Answer:

This is not normal. If it is your main blower motor, your filter could be plugged. If it is your ventor motor it should be looked at by a qualified technician.
