Question:

Yikes - our indoor pool's slow leak has taken a turn for the worse! Used to drop a couple inches in a week (we'd top it up) but this weekend we installed a creepy crawly and suddenly we're loosing about 4 inches in a day and when we back flushed the filter a ton of sand came out with the dirty water. We're new to pools (moved in last year; pool is 13 yr old) and not sure who to call for something like this. Can you recommend where to start and a repair service? Many thanks, Cindy

Answer:

Hi Cindy, Yikes is right. Someone needs to help you asap. Pools do evaporate some water but not 4 inches a day. Could be something simple but definately needs some TLC. Give me a call so we can help you diagnose the proplem. Kerri Brooks at the Award winning Artistic Group, 2739 Carp rd, 831-5559.
