Question:

Is there a general rule about what size an underpad should be with respect to the rug so that the ridge doesn't show (too small) or one can see the pad (too big)? How do you keep the rug from slipping off the underpad?

Answer:

mr,larry ,thanks for the question, all area rugs should have a proper pad,and the pad should be within one inch smaller than rug size, this is to protect edges of rug and not to see pad,if your rugs move off the pad it's because you have the wrong type of pad,the only pad that i recommand for all area rugs is the ultra pad, this pad prevents rugs from moving of it and act like a shock absorband, also allows floor and rug to breath.for more details and get free sample, visit terrysrugs.com or pay us a visit at our shop.thanks
