Brennan, Thank you for considering an ICF home. ICF homes are very quiet, comfortable and great energy savers with practically no humidity. Obviously, too much humidity in a house can cause health problems by encouraging mold and mildew growth. "Lack of humidity" is not a problem as it is easier to add a controlled amount of humidity rather than trying to remove humidity. Today’s portable and central humidifiers are very efficient in bringing humidity to recommended levels and comfort. I am not familiar with your house layout, but yes, radiant floor heating is a sufficient source of heat, especially with ICF.
