Question:

Hi Marc, Is ICF foundation technology recommended in the Cumberland area.If so,I would like a ball park price for a 1850sqft bungalow with a full 8.5ft basement and a 9ft main floor built on my footings. Thanks, Earl

Answer:

Hi Earl, Thank you for your interest in IntegraSpec. For a comfortable energy efficient house yes it is recommended. IntegraSpec have won quite a few awards. One of those awards was given to Teixeira Construction out in pert for the most energy efficient house throughout Canada. It surpasses the R-2000 house by 42%. Do you have a set of plan or a sketch of your project that you could forward me either via e-mail or by fax? It is practically impossible to give you a ballpark price just by what you gave me in your e-mail. Best regards,
