Hi Earl, Thank you for your interest in IntegraSpec. For a comfortable energy efficient house yes it is recommended. IntegraSpec have won quite a few awards. One of those awards was given to Teixeira Construction out in pert for the most energy efficient house throughout Canada. It surpasses the R-2000 house by 42%.
