Question:
I plan to put more insulation in my home.
It presently has 8" of fiberglass batts.
Which is better, put more fiberglass batts (cross ways of course)on top of the ones already there or blow in loose fill.

Blowing loose fill insulation is better because it creates a blanket over the whole attic
