Hi Sam, In my basement it is studded, insulated and there is a plastic barrier over the insulation. There is a cooling duct pretty close to the insulation at one end of my basement and the area around it is moist. Any suggestions. No other moisture anywhere else, just by the cooling duct. Hi I think by cooling duct, you mean cold air return? It is hard to say what is causeing the wetness without being able to see it. is the wetness on the inside of vapor barrier or on the outside? Sam Marrello Comfort Insulation 613-226-9912
