Question:
I have recently finished my basement, installing studs, insulation, vapour barrier and dry wall. I will be installing carpet on the floor and would like to know if I should caulk the space between the dry wall and the floor or if I should leave the gap for air circulation?

Answer:
No leave the gap there is will aid in air circulating to in behind that wall if moisture in behind there spikes, no need for it to be caulked.
