Question:
Does this service exist in our area. If so how much would it be a square foot. I would like it under a unheated basement floor, so main living would be better???

Answer:
The Icynene Insulation System does exist in the Ottawa area, the material supplied and installed varies from .45 to .55 cents per board foot (12"x12"x1". Yes, it would be suitable to be sprayed to the underside of the floor, also make sure the exterior perimeter headers and/or rim joist is done more importantly 20% of heat is lost through that area.
