Question:

My caregiver washed my ceramic tile in the kitchen and I do not know what she used, but the shine is gone or looks like a film on it. What can I use to bring the shine back? My other email shirley.Falls@co.nevada.ca.us Thanks

Answer:

This should come clean by using any ceramic tile cleaner that can be purchased at your local Flooring America store.
