I have a kitchen floor that does not stay clean. Dirt sticks to the tile and also then is carried to carpet and other floors. It is like black goop. I have never had a floor like it. I do not knnow if the grout is doing it or what. does it need to be sealed or waxed. It is the worst mess ever. Can you give any suggestions?
