Hi We just replaced our kitchen floor with cork, but no one is able to tell me how to keep it up. Are we supposed to wax? Thanks Laurel

Answer:

I don't think you have wax on the cork floors. Most manufacturers will finish the cork with polyurethane. I would suggest to light sand the floors and to apply one or two coats of polyurethane. Before do a test to make sure the polyurethane is compatible with the finish you have on the floors. Thank you Pierre Cantin www.cantin.ca
